Merchadise listed on ByteUSA.com is not an offer to sell goods. All items are relative advertisements to receive offers. We hold the right for any order to be rejected after being reviewed by ByteUSA. Product availability and prices are subject to change after your order has been placed. In such a case we will attempt to communicate with you. In the rare occurrence of a pricing glitch or typo, your order will be canceled unless we can confirm you accept the different price.

Order Acceptance
An order confirmation or electronic receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order you placed. ByteUSA carries the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. In attempt to prevent fraud, we may request further verification of your identity before processing your order. ByteUSA.com is a reseller to end-users and does not intend to accept orders from other dealers, resellers, or wholesalers.
Incorrect Information
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details ByteUSA has the right to decline orders with an item listed at an incorrect price. Even if your credit card has been charged and your order confirmed, we hold the right to refuse and cancel the request. ByteUSA will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account at the same amount as the charge.
Returns and Warranty
Our store offers a 30 day limited warranty against defective parts. This warranty is a defective exchange procedure in which we will repair or replace your item at our sole discretion. This does not cover accidental damage and therefore this warranty may be invalid in some cases. ByteUSA does not accept returns on software due to copyright and licensing laws. After you have owned or used the product for more than 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty will take effect. Products must be in new condition, contain all original packaging and include all original contents. (Including but not limited to all accessories, disks, registration/warranty cards, UPC bar codes, and cables.) No returns accepted without an RA number. ByteUSA holds the right to charge a restocking fee on any return. To obtain an RA number please call 870-931-1414.
Rebates
Many items advertise a mail-in or instant rebate on ByteUSA.com. These items are one per address and duplicates will be declined.
Liability
In no event will ByteUSA or our affiliates be held liable or responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from (including but not limited to) loss of business profits, loss of data or inability to use our service. Some areas do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so this may not apply to you.
